Terms of Service

Last updated: 19 July 2026

1. What this service is

GUCupload (“the Service”) is a self-hosted content production and scheduled publishing tool operated by an independent creator based in Seoul, Republic of Korea (“the Operator”). It renders short-form videos and image posts and publishes them to social media accounts that the Operator personally owns and administers.

2. Who may use it

The Service is not offered for public registration. Access to the operating panel is limited to the Operator. This website is the Service's public documentation and may be read by anyone.

3. Connected accounts

Social media accounts are connected only through each platform's official authorisation flow, and only by the account holder. The Service never requests or stores account passwords. The Operator may disconnect an account at any time from the panel, and account holders may revoke access at any time from the platform's own settings, which immediately ends the Service's ability to publish.

4. Content

All content published through the Service is created by the Operator, who is solely responsible for it. Every item is reviewed and approved by a person before it may be published. The Service is not used to republish third-party content, to operate accounts on behalf of others, or to publish content that violates any connected platform's community guidelines.

5. Acceptable use

The Service is not used for engagement automation of any kind — no automated following, liking, commenting, or manipulation of views or metrics — and not for bulk or spam posting. Publishing volume is capped and spread over time. Publishing to each platform is performed exclusively through that platform's documented public APIs, without browser automation or scraping.

6. Third-party platforms

Use of the Service alongside TikTok, Instagram, Threads or YouTube is additionally governed by those platforms' own terms and developer policies. Where this document and a platform's developer terms conflict, the platform's terms prevail with respect to that platform. The Service is not endorsed by, sponsored by, or affiliated with any of these platforms.

7. Availability and warranty

The Service is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind. It runs on a small private server and may be unavailable, interrupted, or changed at any time without notice. Scheduled publishing may fail for reasons outside the Operator's control, including platform API errors, rate limits, or changes to platform policy.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Operator is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the Service, including missed or failed posts or loss of content.

9. Changes

These terms may be updated as the Service changes. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
